Sophrology – Camille
Sophrology, a technique in mindfulness, uses mental and physical exercises to achieve an alert mind in a relaxed body. Using a range of simple exercises that include mindfulness, movement and visualization, sophrology is a self-development training designed to make you feel and function better. It can also be used to alleviate specific problems, such as anxiety, stress and burn-out, sleep difficulties and phobias.
In this 3 hours workshop (9 to 12 am), you will learn and experiment with some specific exercises with movement and visualization:
You will be be better rooted, have more energy, feel aware, calm and confident. You can be use your new resource even when facing stressful situations, and to reduce pain.
